Special Orders

At Giant Knox City, we strive to offer the best that the cycling industry has to offer from our network of suppliers. We accept special orders for items that are not regularly stocked, so our customers have access to the latest and greatest.

If you can’t find the item that you’re looking for online, we may be able to order it through our supplier contacts. Please give us a call on 03 9887 0073 or head into our store and ask our friendly team members for assistance with placing a special order.

For special-order products (non-stock items), the following policies apply:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for special order items.
• Special-order products cannot be returned/exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

The team at Giant Knox City endeavours to make special orders transparent and fair to our customers.

• All special-order products come directly from our suppliers and will therefore take longer to fulfil compared to items available in our store.
• All efforts to expedite a special order will be taken. However, we are unable to guarantee the item(s) will be in stock at our supplier’s warehouse at the time of the order. Lead times are not guaranteed and will vary due to supplier stock conditions.
