Return Policy

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms and conditions limit the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law in any way.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNING ITEMS

  • We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • Returns for all purchases require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unless faulty, all items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with original tags. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept garments that have been worn or washed. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Email your request to info@giantknoxcity.com.au
  • Include in your email; your details, original sales receipt ticket number, which items you wish to return, and your reason for the return. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as chamois cream). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
