Shipping

Our team members at Giant Knox City are as excited as you are to experience the best products that the bicycle industry has to offer. We endeavour to dispatch your orders promptly, so you can start enjoying the product as soon as possible.

To keep you updated with the whereabouts of your parcel, we will be providing tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking information changes daily and provides the most up to date and accurate information to us and to you. 

Common Questions

DO YOU SHIP BIKES OR BULKY ITEMS?

  • In accordance to our dealership agreement with Giant Australia, we are unable to ship bikes to your address.  Bikes must be assembled by a local Giant dealer. 
  • Yes we do ship bulky items - This is currently in the setup process so bare with us while we get things going.   Bulky items include but not limited to bike carriers, bike trailers, wheels/rims, trainers and baby seats. 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We charge a flat rate of $15 AUD and offer free shipping for orders* over $99 AUD. The free shipping only applies to orders sent within Australia.

*Offer does not apply to bulky orders such as bikes, bike carriers, bike trailers, wheel & rims, trainers and baby seats. Flat rate shipping does not include large/bulky items.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?

  • All orders placed on shop.giantknoxcity.com.au are shipped from our physical store located in Wantirna South, Victoria.
  • You may also order Giant parts and accessories directly from Giant Australia. Those orders are shipped to us from Giant Australia's warehouse and can only be picked up in-store in Wantirna South.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and mainland United States.  If you would like a quote for shipping to another country, please get in touch with us via email and we can add shipping rates for you.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

  • Our team members dispatch order on business days (Monday-Friday) only. Please take this into consideration when placing orders over the weekends.
  • Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days (same state) and 3-6 business days (interstate) from dispatch.
  • Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the above guide
