We are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the high shipping demands introduced by the COVID-19 pandemic. To keep you updated with the whereabouts of your parcel, we will be providing tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. The tracking information changes daily and provides the most up to date and accurate information to us and to you.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
We charge a flat rate of $15 AUD and offer free shipping for orders* over $99 AUD.
*Offer does not apply to orders with bikes, bike carriers, bike trailers, wheel & rims, trainers and baby seats. More on bikes - As per our agreement with Giant Australia, we are unable to ship bikes. We do, however, offer local delivery and store pick-up.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
- All orders placed on shop.giantknoxcity.com.au are shipped from our physical store located in Wantirna South, Victoria.
- You may also order Giant parts and accessories on directly from Giant Australia. Those orders are shipped to us from Giant Australia's warehouse and can only be picked up in-store in Wantirna South.
WHICH DELIVERY COMPANY DO YOU USE?
The team at Giant Knox City believes that we have a role to play in promoting environmental sustainability while ensuring the timely delivery of our products. We do our bit by partnering with Sendle, Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service provider.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to every location across Australia, including yours.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- Our team members dispatch order on business days (Monday-Friday) only. Please take this into consideration when placing orders over the weekends.
- Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days (same state) and 3-6 business days (interstate) from dispatch.
- Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the above guide
